Operation Mahadev: Indian Army Eliminates Pahalgam Attack Terrorists

Revenge Taken After 97 Days of Pahalgam Terror Attack

The Indian Army successfully avenged the Pahalgam terror attack after 97 days by killing three Pakistani terrorists. Under “Operation Mahadev,” security forces carried out a precise mission in the Lidder forest area of Srinagar.

The slain terrorists have been identified as Sulaiman, Yasir, and Ali, all linked to the Pahalgam attack. Intelligence reports confirmed that Sulaiman and Yasir were directly involved in the deadly assault. During the encounter, the terrorists were neutralized after a heavy exchange of fire.

Attack That Shook the Nation

On April 22, 2025, terrorists attacked tourists in Baisaran Valley, about six kilometers from Pahalgam, targeting religious pilgrims. The brutal attack killed 26 people and injured 16.

The final encounter occurred at 1:30 a.m., where the army seized weapons, including American M4 carbines, AK-47 rifles, 17 grenades, and other ammunition. The army confirmed that the terrorists were planning more attacks but were eliminated before they could execute them.

Security forces have declared the operation a major success.
