Uddhav Sena Opposes Seva Road Merger in Ghodbunder

The proposed merger of Seva Road with the main Ghodbunder Road has sparked opposition from Uddhav Sena. Earlier, BJP had raised objections, and now Uddhav Sena has also joined in, calling the decision against public interest.

Party representatives argued that merging Seva Road with Ghodbunder Road will increase traffic chaos instead of reducing it. They warned that such a move will worsen congestion in already crowded areas, especially during peak hours.

Residents too have expressed concerns that the merger will affect smooth vehicle movement and harm local businesses and commuters. The issue has now become a matter of growing public debate in Thane.
