Bhumi World Launches ‘Outlet Mall’ in Bhiwandi with 150+ Global Brands
Bhumi World is set to launch Maharashtra’s first dedicated ‘Outlet Mall of India.’ This mall is expected to be a significant milestone in the evolution of Maharashtra’s retail sector.
The mall will house more than 150 national and international brands. It will operate on an ‘Always On Discount’ model, allowing customers to enjoy premium fashion and lifestyle products at attractive prices. It features leading brands such as Armani Exchange, Superdry, Lacoste, Levi’s, Asics, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Jack & Jones, and Vero Moda.
This project will benefit from major infrastructure like the Samruddhi Mahamarg and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. Its reach extends across Bhiwandi, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai.
The mall features:
- Open Air Amphitheater for year-round live concerts, stand-up comedy, brand launches, and cultural programs.
- A curated flea market spread over 1 acre, featuring various pop-up stalls and indie brands.
- Entertainment facilities, including state-of-the-art golf and go-karting.
- A Food Avenue with fine dining and six rooftop restaurants.
- Maharashtra’s largest flagship brewery, spread over 25,000 square feet.
The managing director of Bhumi World, Prakash Patel, stated that their goal is to make international products easily available to the younger generation.
