Devotees Chant ‘Har Har Mahadev’ at Thane Temples

On the first Monday of the holy Shravan month, a large number of devotees gathered at various Mahadev temples in Thane, filling the atmosphere with devotion and energy.

Devotees visited temples early in the morning to offer prayers. Temples were beautifully decorated, and chants of ‘Om Namah Shivay’ and ‘Har Har Mahadev’ echoed across different localities. Special arrangements were made for devotees at temples including special prayers, abhishek rituals, and processions.

At the Kopineshwar temple, a major attraction in Thane, the premises were filled with colorful decorations and flower offerings. Devotees stood in long queues from early morning to offer holy water, milk, and flowers to Lord Shiva.

Many local groups also participated in the celebrations, ensuring smooth management of the crowd. Police and temple volunteers helped maintain order and discipline throughout the day.

The city saw a peaceful and spiritual start to Shravan Mondays, with strong faith and devotion among the devotees.
