Police Practice Emergency Response in Protest Simulation
A large-scale mock drill called “Operation Mark Drill” was held to train police in handling sudden protests and large crowds. The drill recreated a protest situation where police practiced managing crowds, carrying injured individuals, and using lathis when needed. The aim was to ensure readiness during real emergencies. Many police officers participated, and the public observed the entire exercise.
