Thane’s Vidhi Mangora Shines in Rifle Shooting at Silvassa
Vidhi Kiran Mangora from Thane won a bronze medal in the rifle shooting competition held in Silvassa. She has now secured gold medals in three consecutive competitions, earning high praise for her consistent performance.
The state-level shooting competition was organized by the Dadar-Nagrebazar and Daman-Diu Shooting Sports Association. Vidhi impressed everyone with her excellent aim, earning top marks in the girls’, youth, and women’s categories.
This was Vidhi’s first major tournament, yet she scored an impressive 392 points out of 400. Last year, she participated as a junior, and this year she competed as a senior, showing great improvement.
Vidhi is the daughter of BJP leader and social worker Arti Mangora and Dr. Kiran Mangora. She has been training under coach Yogesh Gadambe for the past few years. Thanks to her dedication, Vidhi has also made her mark in national-level competitions and continues to excel in rifle shooting
