Thane Administration Clears the Path to Housing and Development

Families affected by the SATIS (Station Area Traffic Improvement Scheme) bridge project in the Kopri area, have received relief. Due to persistent follow-up by MP Naresh Mhaske, alternative houses were made available at Acme, Khewra Circle, and Manpada.

The actions taken by the Railway Administration had affected the residents of New Indira Nagar, Kopri. The administration successfully secured alternative housing at Khewra Circle, after repeatedly pursuing the matter with Deputy CM Eknath Shinde.

Mhaske, with Mayor Sharmila Pipalkar and local corporator Malti Patil handed over keys to 10 affected residents on Wednesday. Remaining residents were given the keys by the Mayor, House Leader Hanumant Jagdale, Senior Corporator Ram Repale, and the local corporator. The residents expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the administration for providing them with new homes.
