MLA Sanjay Kelkar motivates Thane Municipal recruitment candidates.

“Practice regularly and success will surely be yours,” said MLA Sanjay Kelkar while encouraging candidates preparing for the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) recruitment exams. He assured them that consistent efforts would open doors to permanent government service.

A special training and guidance session was organized for job aspirants under the initiative of MLA Sanjay Kelkar and MLA Niranjan Davkhare. The program aimed to boost the confidence of unemployed youth preparing for municipal jobs.

During the session, MLA Davkhare and experts guided the candidates on exam preparation strategies, discipline, and building self-confidence. Kelkar stressed that steady efforts, discipline, and commitment are key to success in competitive exams.

More than 400 candidates participated in the workshop. Experts from The Unique Academy conducted the training, focusing on aptitude tests, general knowledge, mathematics, and reasoning. They also explained how online platforms can help in systematic preparation.

Treasurer Sudhakar Shinde, Datta Ghuge, Arjun More, and other dignitaries were present. The event concluded with words of encouragement, motivating the youth to remain confident and dedicated throughout their journey.
