Standing tall at 130 meters, The Olive is set to be one of the tallest commercial buildings in Wagle Estate. Strategically located near the Road No. 22 circle on Wagle Main Road, The Olive promises excellent connectivity and accessibility. Unlike typical glass structures, this building features a unique, sustainable design and is also Vaastu compliant, with all offices facing west. The project incorporates advanced sustainable materials, showcasing Ekatva Group’s commitment to eco-friendly development.
The Olive offers a range of premium amenities designed to enhance the work environment. These include a Directors’ Lounge, open seating area, and an amphitheatre on the terrace.
