The 3G power of Nishi Creations

The brand Nishi Creations is based in Dadar. It is started by Trupti Antarkar and her daughter Nishita Antarkar. They thought their love for fashion could be further established into a passion, and thus, they launched Nishi Creations.

The mother-daughter duo started by making bags from silk and cotton. With Trupti’s mom helping them, they got an excellent response. Trupti decided to promote their small start-up at Shivaji Park every evening. However, that soon stopped due to Trupti’s rising health issues. But she just couldn’t sit quietly.

Gradually, Nishi Creations got acquainted with a few brands that made ready-made clothes. So, they got into reselling. However, Trupti’s and Nishita’s inner creativity knew no bounds. They started designing and wearing their own designed clothes. When people complimented their outfits, that’s when they began the search for good manufacturers of hand-block fabric.

Nishi Creations first gained the trust of its clients by offering them unique designs made from good quality fabric at affordable rates. The support from their clients kept growing. But so did Trupti’s health problems, which again led them to take a two years gap. But trust had no intention of giving up! She kept persevering towards their passion without letting anything drive her away from her goal.

According to the demand of their clients, Nishi Creations created a wide range of designs (Kalamkari, Ikat, Ajrakh, etc.) in various fabrics and sizes, starting from small to 6XL (plus size being our USP). Nishi Creations has also been stitching kathak costumes for performances for the past eight years.

Nishi Creations enjoyed the fruits of its hard work thanks to its lovely clients and immense family support. It’s been four years since they inaugurated their Nishi Creations shop in Dadar West. They have a good regular client base and are proud to say they also have clients abroad in Singapore, Australia, Dubai and Africa.
