Thane’s first dedicated newsletter for schools ‘Mango Times’ launched

Mango Times, a newsletter for all schools in Thane, was launched on September 15 in association with Mango Stationery Pvt Ltd and Thanevaibhav, Thane district’s leading Marathi daily newspaper, to reduce children’s screen time and motivate them to read and write.

The launch event was graced by Rainbow International School Chairperson Akila Balbale, SVPT Rabodi Principal Anita Pinto, SVPT Ghodbunder Principal Manjusha Ballal, Dr Bedekar Vidyamandir Principal Vandana Adsule, Saraswati Mandir Primary School Principal Aparna Sawardekar, Shreerang Vidyalaya English Medium Principal Chandrika Nair, Shreerang Vidyalaya Marathi Medium Principal Nitin Tawade, C. P. Goenka International School Principal Sharmila Madiwale, BSM’s Dnyanananda School Principal Anjali Pandey, Mango Stationery Pvt Ltd Founder Praveen Chheda, Mango Stationery Pvt Ltd Director Sitanshu Chheda, Thanevaibhav Managing Editor Nikhil Ballal, and Know Your Town magazine’s Associate Editor Juili Kulkarni.

All the principals opined that this initiative will benefit the next generation of Thane.
