Ready to Board the Train and Journey towards Knowledge?

Which is the most noble profession in the world? The answer that instantly and rightly comes to mind is ‘Teaching’. Truly, teachers are the creators of all other professions. They are also responsible for nurturing sensitive and responsible individuals. Driven by the idea that teaching is an art that comes from the heart, Padmashree Academy was founded in the year 2012, in Thane, by a mother-daughter duo, Mrs. Bharati Paranjape and Mrs. Shruti Gosavi, with the sole intention to positively influence as many young minds as possible.

Padmashree Academy believes in coaching the students and developing them not just in the subjects being taught, but also as a person in life. The focus is always to provide the students with an environment that encourages learning by:
1) Asking questions
2) Experiencing
3) Experimenting
4) Applying the learnt knowledge

At Padmashree Academy, learning is facilitated by conducting various workshops, events, field trips, group activities and games. At every step, the aim is to ensure that the students look forward to coming to class and learning.

“Teaching is less of a profession and more of an art. Hence, like in the case of any other art, a person has to be a teacher at heart first.”
– Shruti Gosavi

With the advent of NEP 2020, the focus is now going to shift to gaining Knowledge and Social Emotional Learning more than ever. Academics is going to be more than just a race of grades. Padmashree Academy is proud to have lived by this principle right from its inception.
