Oberoi Realty launches its first luxury residential project in Thane

On November 20, Oberoi Realty announced the launch of its luxury residential project “Forestville” in Thane’s Kolshet area. The project will be spread across a sprawling 18 acres of land and consist of five residential towers predominantly having 3 BHK (around 1090 square feet) apartments starting ₹1.87 crore. The first phase of this project has been started which consists of three towers.

Thane is already blessed to have projects of real estate behemoths including Hiranandani, Lodha, Rustomjee, and Kalpataru, just to name a few. Oberoi Realty becomes the latest entrant to show interest in the city of lakes.
