Monsoon Walkathon and Picnic for Senior Citizens

Over 125 Seniors Participate in Health Awareness Event

Thane: To promote health and happiness among senior citizens, a Monsoon Walkathon and picnic was organized on Sunday, 13th July 2025. The event was conducted by FTM and SCC Thane, starting from Hyde Park Society and covering Upvan Lake and Yeoor.

More than 125 seniors actively took part in the event. Participants included Jagannath Ganjhi (President), Dr. Ramamurthy, Harish Shetty, M.S. Rao, Sellersha Pillai, Mahesh Motwani, and many others.

On Sunday, 27th July, a day trip is also planned for seniors, which includes visits to Vrindavan Farm, a cow shelter, Ganpati Mandir, and local natural springs. The trip aims to offer relaxation and fun for elderly citizens.
