Man Arrested with Stolen Goods Worth ₹20 Lakh in Thane.

A man involved in multiple house break-ins was finally caught by Thane Crime Branch’s Unit 4 after intensive efforts. The accused, Roshan Jadhav (34), was arrested in a major breakthrough, and police have recovered stolen items worth ₹19.81 lakh from him.

The arrest was made in connection with a house burglary case registered at Badlapur Police Station. Acting on a tip-off, officials from the Crime Branch tracked down Roshan Jadhav, who was found hiding in the Dombivli East area near Hanuman Mandir.

During the raid, police seized stolen jewellery, 9 high-end mobile phones, a laptop, a camera, and cash — all totaling ₹19,81,360. Jadhav reportedly used to target homes and offices, and many of the stolen goods were traced back to complaints filed in the area.

The operation was led by Police Inspector Satyawan Mane, under the guidance of DCP Crime Laxmikant Patil, and included PSI Saurabh Bagde, Inspectors Ashok Honmane and Shrikant Jadhav, along with several constables.

With this arrest, police believe more unsolved thefts may now be cracked.
