Here’s a healthy poached egg recipe, popularly known as ‘Turkish Poached Eggs’

Prep time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

Procedure

1. Keep all the ingredients ready.
2. Whisk curd, add salt and minced garlic in it and mix well. If the curd is too thick you may mix these ingredients in a bowl over a double boiler.
3. Heat butter in low flame and add chilli-powder/flakes to it. Once it turns caramel brown, turn off the heat.
4. Dollop a few spoons of garlicky yogurt mix on your serving plate and spread it uniformly.
5. Place the poached egg over it and pour the chilli-butter sauce on to this.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice.
