Kalamandir Saree Fest Draws Huge Crowd in Thane

The famous saree store “Kalamandir” in Thane has started a big handloom sale to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Known for selling high-quality traditional sarees, Kalamandir has always been a favourite spot for women during festive shopping.

This year’s sale features a wide range of sarees from all across India, including Paithani, Banarasi, Kanjivaram, Maheshwari, Chanderi, Narayanpet, and more. Handloom sarees, which usually take several days to make, are being sold at discounts of up to 70%. The store is also showcasing over 10,000 handwoven sarees, many of which are limited edition or one-of-a-kind.

Customers are visiting in large numbers, appreciating the variety, quality, and discounts. The festival sale started on June 28 and will continue until July 31. Many people from nearby cities are also coming to attend the event. Kalamandir is known not only for its sarees but also for promoting Indian weaving traditions and supporting weavers from different states.
