J.K. Shah Classes celebrates its 40th anniversary with its illustrious alumni

On July 23, J.K. Shah Classes, founded by Prof CA Jitendra Kantilal Shah, celebrated its 40th anniversary. A grand alumni meet was organised at the Jio World Convention Centre. Piyush Goyal, Commerce and Industry Minister of India, was the Chief Guest for the event and addressed the august gathering virtually. Around 2000 alumni attended the meeting.

The programme started with seeking the blessing of Lord Ganesha through a soul-touching dance performance. Later, J.K. Shah welcomed all the guests with his heartwarming speech, which was followed by a couple of eloquent talks from JKSC alumnus Nilesh Shah, Managing Director of Kotak Mutual Fund, and Suresh Kalpathi, CEO of Veranda Learning. Before the felicitation of meritorious students of JKSC, there was an engaging panel discussion with five eminent former students of J.K. Shah.

The event culminated with a sumptuous dinner. Every attendee was presented with a memento bag containing a diary and a 12-pager newsletter featuring the noteworthy journey of J.K. Shah Classes over the last 40 years and heartfelt testimonials from its former and current batches of students. The newsletter was conceptualised and designed by team Thanevaibhav and KYT.
