India-Australia women’s ODI series kick starts from December 5

The much-awaited bilateral series is here as India Women take on Australia Women in a three-match ODI affair. The first two ODIs will be played on December 5 and December 8 at Allan Border Field in Brisbane, and the third and final ODI will be played on December 11 at the WACA in Perth. In the absence of Australia’s regular captain Alyssa Healy, Tahlia McGrath will take charge.

Megan Schutt: This right-arm speedster of Australia has 123 ODI wickets in 91 matches. She is an excellent new ball bowler and has the ability to generate prodigious in-swingers.

Deepti Sharma: This Indian all-rounder can win matches for her team with either bat or ball. The right-arm off spinner has over 100 wickets and 2000 runs in ODIs.

Harmanpreet Kaur: The captain of India has 3648 runs under her belt in 116 ODI innings at an average of close to 40. This right-handed batter will be the key player in the middle order.
