The builder has provided facilities like a modular kitchen, chimney, water purifier, and gas connection. With these amenities in place, one can easily move into the house. From an investment perspective, this project is great, as the development in this area is expected to appreciate the real estate rates.

The moment you enter a flat in Rutu Richmond City, you get a lot of positive vibes. When we visited the project, we had actually no intentions of buying a home for our consumption. We were just looking at it from an investment perspective. But when we set our foot in, we were convinced that we would buy a home here and stay. There is calmness all around which benefits us in our work-from-home routine. Also, there are good schools in the vicinity. Within the society, there is a nice play area for the kids. Besides this, the Rutu Group was quite flexible with the payments for the house.

We stayed in Badlapur before. There we had a big house. So when we decided to shift to Thane, our priority was to have a spacious place. We bought a Jodi flat in Rutu Richmond City. Our hall is luxurious, and the rooms are lavish too. Besides this, the cost of the property is budget-friendly. There is a sense of peace and tranquillity here. It feels like we are at a hill station in the winter. It is very cool here. There are beautiful birds all around chirping sweet melodies.
