Home Sweet Home : Rutu Richmond

After scouting through many projects, I zeroed down on Rutu. Here the quality of construction is very good. Right from the tiles to walls to doors, everything is perfect. There is also a big balcony from where you get a beautiful view of nature. Apart from that, in the house, Rutu has provided facilities like a modular kitchen, water purifier, gas connection and chimney. It is strategically located too as there is easy access to schools, hospitals and grocery stores. Security and parking are taken good care of.

We have a beautiful garden and play area. There are swings, slides and seesaws where we enjoy playing. Apart from this, there is a big space where we can play cricket, football and many other games. Also our schools are nearby. We have made many friends here and it is very nice to have so many people to play with.

I always had a dream to buy a home. For the last six to seven years I was thinking about it but for some reason I was not able to make the decision. When my wife and I visited Rutu, we were simply in awe of not only the project but also of the staff and the way they treated us. The sample flat that we saw was beautiful, the quality of construction was extraordinary, big balconies and ofcourse green cover all around. We booked a flat on the very same day of our visit.
