Being a senior citizen, it was important for me to book a house that has all the necessary provisions like grocery, vegetables and medicines nearby. The Rutu Richmond project fits the bill perfectly. Prior to settling in Thane, I stayed in Pune. Initially I thought it could be difficult for me to make the adjustment but now I feel completely at home in Thane. Since last year, we have been on the look out for a home. Our priority was to have a big balcony, which could offer some relaxation after a tiring day of work. Most of the builders these days provide just a small balcony. However, Rutu is the best as far as the balcony space is concerned. Quality of construction is really good. Rutu has already provided for a modular kitchen, water filter and geyser. There is also a lot of space for visitor parking. It is a holistic project in the true sense.
