For us, this Rutu Richmond project was like love at first sight. It took us just 15 seconds to decide that we wanted to buy a home here. We loved the spacious balcony and the beautiful view from there. It felt as if we were in a resort at a hill station.

We as a couple are fond of cars and bikes. So while buying our own home, our first aim was that we should get adequate parking space. When we visited Rutu Richmond, we were glad to see ample parking space provided to every flat. We decided to buy our house in this project. We have two parking spaces allotted to us. Apart from this, the flat is well-designed and has good amount of light and air coming in.

For the last 4 years, we were staying on rent. This year, we decided to buy our own home. While scouting for properties, we came across this Rutu project. Instantaneously we liked it. The flat that we saw was spacious. Optimum use of space was made too. Balcony, modular kitchen, dry area and storage space were some of the other featured that we liked here.

The flats were well-designed and the quality of construction was top notch. Modular kitchen was also provided along with gas connection, chimney and water purifier. The flats were spacious with big balconies and ample storage space.
