Sahil, an alumnus of IHM Mumbai, who completed his masters in hospitality entrepreneurship and innovation from Switzerland, said, “When I was studying in Switzerland, I often saw food truck festivals being conducted in Montreux. Seeking inspiration from that, I thought of starting something similar. Unlike the typical food trucks that we see around us in Thane, I wanted to do something different. Apart from the food, I wanted to offer ambience, quality and hygiene to the customers, which I felt was lacking.”

Despite getting a job in the USA, Sahil was forced to come back to India due to COVID-19 pandemic. He took this in his stride and started “The Crave Truck” to realize his dream of offering good quality and hygienic food coupled with a cozy and comfortable ambience to his customers.

The Crave Truck offers an exquisite range of items, including pizzas, nachos, wraps, fries, chicken wings, kebabs and shawarmas, just to name a few, that can take your taste buds for a joy ride. Complementing these delectable dishes, there are soothing mocktails and shakes.
