The right arm seamer from Australia was the most successful bowler. Besides, she chipped in with 13 runs from 10 balls in the middle order.
Shafali Verma: The right-handed opening batter of Delhi Capitals went hammer and tongs from ball one, as she plundered 43 runs from just 18 balls. The swashbuckler muscled seven fours and two sixes in her blitzkrieg.
Renuka Singh Thakur: The right arm medium pacer of Royal Challengers Bengaluru has started her WPL campaign with a couple of wickets in the first match against Gujarat Giants. She will be expected to not only pick wickets with the new ball but also the stem the run flow in the death overs.
Richa Ghosh: The wicket-keeper-batter of Royal Challengers Bengaluru registered her best score of WPL, when she smashed unbeaten 64 in the first match against Gujarat Giants. Her match winning innings was laced with seven hits to the fence and four over it.
