Rotary Club Organizes Activities for Students in Anagav

The Rotary Club of Thane Pride organized a special event at two schools in Anagav village – the local Zilla Parishad School and Sharada Vidyamandir.

During the event, students were given practice books for all subjects and also took part in a dental check-up camp. Chief guest Rtn. Sudhir Mane and other guests like Rtn. Dr. Kanti Solanki and Amol Kamat were present. Kamat, from Prism Solutions, designed a mobile app to help students with study content like videos, papers, and mock tests. He also guided students on how to use it effectively.

Sharada Vidyamandir, which has been running for 63 years, saw around 125 students participate in the dental camp. Dentists Dr. Aruna Yevale, Dr. Anjali Aapte, and Dr. Dheeraj Pragalbh checked students’ teeth and gave them advice on oral health. Free medicines were also distributed.

These programs aim to improve education and health awareness among students. Rotary Club regularly conducts such events in rural schools to support student growth.
