India’s First E-Tractor Registered in Thane.

Due to rising costs, many farmers can’t afford tractors. But now, India’s first electric tractor has been registered in Thane. This e-tractor will allow farmers to plough one acre for just ₹300, making it affordable. The electric tractor will save fuel and reduce pollution. It was launched at the Regional Transport Office (RTO) in Thane. Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik said it will benefit the agriculture sector. Regional Transport Officer Hemangi Patil was also present.
