Ulhasnagar Municipal Building to Get a Fresh Start.

₹50 Crore Sanctioned for First Phase of Redevelopment.

The old and damaged administrative building of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation will soon be redeveloped. Due to efforts by MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde, the state’s Urban Development Department has approved ₹50 crore for the first phase.

The existing building had become unsafe, with incidents like plaster falling off. Local leaders had demanded funds for reconstruction. The new development will help improve civic facilities in the industrial town of Ulhasnagar. More funds are expected in the next phase.
