India Women clinched the three-match T20I series against West Indies Women in style. With the series being levelled 1-1, the hosts played out of their skins in the decider to hand a crushing 60-run defeat to the tourists on Thursday in Navi Mumbai.
Having pocketed the T20I series, Women in Blue would look to carry forward the winning momentum into the 50-over format. The three-match ODI series starts from Sunday in Vadodara. India will host West Indies for an ODI series after eight long years.

Players to watch out
Smriti Mandhana: The left-handed opening batter of India struck three half centuries in as many matches in the T20I series against West Indies. The vice-captain, who acted as a stand-in captain for the third and final T20I led from the front to power her team to a series. She won the player of the series award too.
Deepti Sharma: The Indian all-rounder will have a crucial role to play in the ODI series. The right-arm off spinner will be expected to bowl her full quota of 10 overs and also contribute with the bat in the middle order.
Hayley Matthews: The captain of West Indies will look to lead by example in the ODI series against India. This right-handed opening batter and right-arm off spinner can be a genuine match winner when on song.
Deandra Dottin: The West Indian all-rounder is the most experienced player in the squad. With 143 ODIs under her belt, the team will bank on her experience. She has over 3500 runs and 70+ wickets. However, the challenge for her will be that she will be playing this format after more than two years.
