We scouted for many properties before finalizing Rutu Richmond City. This was going to be our first home, so we wanted the best one for us. When we saw the Rutu project, we were awestruck. The sample flat was spacious, had a big balcony and the view was simply amazing. We have made optimum use of the space available. We also have an in-house kids’ play area for our daughter and a small garden. We had a lot of scope for doing the interiors. We have designed our home in such a way that the moment one enters our home, he/she will get positive vibes. Despite having so many positives, this project is budget friendly.

I always wanted a big in-house temple and carving furniture at my home. When I first saw the Rutu project, I knew that I would be able to meet both my goals. The flat is spacious and has a big hall which can easily accommodate a nice and big temple. Also there is scope for having carving furniture. Apart from this, sitting-balcony is something I love in the house. Rutu has also provided each and every home with a modular kitchen and water purifier.

The Rutu project boasts of a big play area for kids. There is an open garden as well as ample space for cycling. Kids can be all by themselves in the play area as it is a safe and secured environment. At home, we have a spacious balcony from which the view is beautiful. The home is nicely designed and optimum utilization of the space is made. For us, this Rutu home was a love at first sight.
