Mega District Event in Bhiwandi
A District Mega Cycle Gifting Event was successfully organised in Bhiwandi. During the high-impact event, more than 500 bicycles were distributed to deserving schoolgirls from economically weaker backgrounds. This massive district initiative aims to reduce school dropout rates, ensure safer daily commutes, and empower young girls to pursue their education independently.

‘Me-Saksham’
The District Microcredit Program, titled “Me-Saksham,” was successfully hosted in Vashi. Designed to uplift women and Self-Help Groups (SHGs), the event featured more than 50 entrepreneurial stalls managed by local women, showcasing a diverse range of products.
Know Rotary Learning App and Four Way Test
A special orientation and training session was organised focusing on the ‘Know Rotary Learning App’ and the fundamental ‘Four-Way Test’. The interactive session was delivered by renowned speaker and trainer Fran Mikulicic, who highlighted how members can leverage Rotary’s digital learning resources for leadership development. Mikulicic also offered profound insights into the Four-Way Test, emphasising its timeless relevance as a practical ethical guide in both personal and professional decision-making.

World Water Day Seminars Drive Conservation Awareness
Marking World Water Day, a series of impactful environmental seminars was successfully hosted at Rotary Bhavan, Thane. The event brought together over 200 local school and college students to engage with eminent guest speakers and water conservation experts. The interactive sessions focused on the critical challenges of global water scarcity, modern rainwater harvesting techniques, and daily sustainable practices.

AADHAR Card Updation
On August 21, 2025, a dedicated documentation camp was organized at Maa Niketan in Thane, assisting over 150 local women. The initiative streamlined essential identity updates, including biometrics, address changes, and new registrations, to ensure residents gain seamless access to official identification and welfare schemes.
Cyber Awareness Campaign
On October 11, 2025, a comprehensive Cyber Awareness Campaign was successfully organised at Majiwada in collaboration with the Kapurbawdi Police Station. To ensure maximum reach across the region, over 60 large educational banners were strategically deployed and displayed throughout Thane City. These banners highlight essential tips on avoiding phishing scams, securing personal data, and reporting cybercrimes instantly.
