What began as home baking in 2018 alongside her job eventually became something much bigger after an accident left her bedridden for two months. Encouraged by her family to pursue what she truly loved, she decided to take a leap of faith and start her own business called “Engineer’s Kitchen by Nitisha.”

The freshness factory makes her stand out. Instead of serving pre-made desserts, every order is prepared live, allowing customers to watch their treats come together. The experience is as enjoyable as the dessert itself, creating a sense of excitement with every order.

Her menu may be simple, but it is packed with crowd favourites. The rich Chocolate Fusion Cake Bowl, indulgent Chocolate Fondue, decadent Nutella Brownie, and refreshing Tropical Sunset Boba have all become popular choices among customers.
