Strong Performances by Krish Desai, Deep Rambhia, and Pratik Ranade
- At the Yonex Sunrise All India Senior Ranking Badminton Tournament 2025 in Hyderabad, Thane Badminton Academy players brought pride to Maharashtra. Krish Desai won bronze in men’s singles, defeating top players including 2nd seed Kaushal Dharmameher. In men’s doubles, Deep Rambhia and Pratik Ranade reached the finals, beating strong teams in tough matches. Though they lost the final, they made Maharashtra proud. Deep is India’s No.1 in mixed doubles and a Shiv Chhatrapati Award winner. Their success is credited to the guidance of coaches like Srikant Wadh and team at the Thane Badminton Academy.
