Covid has re-emerged in the Kalyan-Dombivli area. One woman has died, and four others are being treated—two at home and two in hospital. Health officer Prasad Borkar confirmed the cases. A 47-year-old woman passed away after being admitted in critical condition. Covid test results later confirmed her infection. Citizens have been urged to follow health precautions. Special wards have been set up at Kalyan and Dombivli hospitals, and RT-PCR testing has begun to control the spread.
