Bananas are extremely healthy and contain several essential nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, copper and manganese among others. They are a good source of energy, good for digestion, heart health and weight management.
This banana smoothie is a perfect blend of all things healthy. Hope you enjoy it!
Prep time: less than 10 minutes
Will serve: two people.
Ingredients:
Banana- 1 large
Unsalted peanut butter- 2 tbsp
Coffee powder- 1 tbsp
Roasted oats- ¼ cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Flax seed- 1tsp
Dates- 2
Low fat milk- 300 ml
Choco chips or chocolate syrup or chopped walnuts or berries or cinnamon sugar -to garnish (optional)
Procedure:
- Keep all the ingredients ready.
- 2.Blend everything together in an electric mixer and it’s done.
- Serve it in a glass or smoothie bowl and garnish with your favourite topping (choco-chips, chocolate syrup, chopped walnuts or berries) or just have it like that.
