Picking up from where they had left in the T20Is, India Women kicked off the ODI series against West Indies Women in style. Smriti Mandhana: The vice-captain of India has not put a foot wrong in the ongoing West Indies series. After smashing three half-centuries in as many T20Is, the left-handed opening batter recorded her fourth in the first ODI. She top-scored with 91 runs off 102 balls, including 13 fours.
Renuka Singh Thakur: The right-arm seamer of India won the player of the match in the first ODI against West Indies. She scalped five wickets, conceding just 29 runs in her 10-over spell, including one maiden.
Hayley Matthews: The captain of West Indies struggled with the bat in the first ODI against India. She was dismissed for a naught on the first ball of the third over. However, with the ball, she picked two wickets.
