IMD forecasts heavy rainfall in Thane till July 16

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rain in some parts of Thane. On Sunday, IMD’s Mumbai centre issued the warning for over 15 districts of the state, including Kolhapur, Pune, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Satara, Sangli, Solapur, Parbhani, Beed, Hingoli, Nanded, Latur and Osmanabad. The weather bureau has issued a yellow alert (heavy rain) for Thane and Mumbai till July 16.
