Sudhir Kokate Escapes, Associate Seriously Injured.
In Thane’s Teen Haath Naka area, former Shiv Sena corporator Sudhir Kokate and his associate were attacked by men with a chopper outside a shop. Kokate managed to escape, but his friend sustained serious injuries. The attackers arrived suddenly and began assaulting with sharp weapons. Police have filed a case and are searching for the suspects. The injured victim is being treated at a government hospital. The motive behind the attack is under investigation.
