Fire breaks out due to short circuit; no casualties reported.

A major fire broke out on Thursday around noon in tin huts built for workers in Mira Road’s Sheetal Nagar area. The blaze was triggered by a short circuit, followed by two to three gas cylinder explosions. Firefighters reached the spot quickly and controlled the fire. Fortunately, no one was injured. Around ten huts were completely destroyed. At the time of the incident, only a few workers were present in the huts. The area is part of a private plot used to house laborers.
