Before we bought this home, we used to stay on rent in one of Rutu Group’s buildings. We had no doubt in our mind about the quality of construction so we decided to take the plunge. The flat that we have booked is in Richmond building and the location of it is nice as there is a perfect balance between connectivity and greenery. There are schools, hospitals and shopping places nearby, not to forget the upcoming metro station. The complex is surrounded by green spaces which bring in peace and positivity.

It has been a pleasure to be associated with Rutu Group. Despite the pandemic, we received possession of our new home on time. The space planning for every home in the building has been immaculate. The rooms are nice and big and cherry on the top being the balcony, where you can just stand and stare at the beautiful greenery all around it. Apart from this, the kitchen has been state of the art. They have provided us with a modular kitchen, gas stove, chimney and water purifier. Right from booking the flat to entering our home, the process was smooth, thanks to the dedicated and committed staff at Rutu.

Prior to coming to Thane, we were in Ghatkopar. One of the reasons we wanted to make the shift was that we wanted a congestion-free society.
