A major job scam was uncovered in Mumbai where 22 unemployed youths were tricked with false promises of jobs in aviation—such as air hostesses and ground staff positions. Victims were asked to pay ₹40,000–₹50,000 for training and placement. The racket operated from a BJP leader’s office. The fake company held interviews and promised jobs at airports like Mumbai and Delhi. Victims were later denied entry at the airport, realizing they were duped. One girl spent ₹80,000. Students from Nashik, Pune, and Aurangabad were involved. The youth have demanded strict action and refunds. Police have launched an investigation into this fraud racket.
